Evan Kolker Sculpture and Custom Glass

My best friend is established Bay Area-based artist and Mills College Professor Yulia Pinkusevich. In 2016 she created an interactive piece called Friction Idiophone: Glass Armonica that invites the viewer to play by simultaneously spinning an drubbing the glass bowls. I loved making the glass parts as they required precise measurements and consistent forms in order for the piece to work.
